Balancing Your Journey
Take Care of You
In the hustle of each day,
Don’t forget to find your way.
Drink, pray, and rest your mind,
Peace and balance you will find.
Your health and joy are worth so much,
Nourish your soul with a gentle touch.
Teach by example, let them see,
Self-care is key to living happily.
No sacrifices, just love and grace,
A happy heart sets the pace.
Rise with purpose, strong and true,
Take care of them, but first, take care of you.
